By RSVPing and attending the event you expressly agree to release tökr, Kanyini and their respective parent companies, members, officers, employees, agents and invitees from any and all causes of action, liabilities, demands, injury, damage, costs and/or expenses arising in connection with your attendance at tökr's Cannabis & Creativity Event or your consumption of alcohol, cannabis or any other substance while attending tökr's Cannabis & Creativity Event, all of which is acknowledged to be undertaken at your sole risk, and hereby expressly waive any right to bring any action against or name tökr, Kanyini or any of their respective parent companies, members, officers, employees, and agents in any action brought or commenced in any forum in connection with your attendance at tökr's Cannabis & Creativity Event or consumption of alcohol, cannabis or any other substance while attending tökr's Cannabis & Creativity Event, and further expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold tökr, Kanyini and their respective parent companies, members, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all causes of action, liabilities, demands, injury, damage, costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to your attendance at the event and your actions or omissions. By RSVPing and attending the event you expressly acknowledge and agree that the event is being made available to you for your convenience and that you voluntarily accept all risks appurtenant to your attendance at the event.
